The Account Executive is responsible for selling telecommunications products and services to prospective and existing clients, perform technical and cost-benefit assessments and maintain positive customer relationships.
Minimum 2 years of prior business to business sales experience
Telecommunication or Software industry experience preferred
Proven record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Basic accounting and cost-analysis capabilities
Self-motivated and the ability to work independently
Outstanding time management and organization skills
Strong follow-up and reporting skills
Proficiency in CRM and other company software systems
Develop strong customer and networking relationships
Connect with key decision makers
Qualify and close new sales opportunities
Communicate with customers regarding latest technology
Stay up-to-date with product training and industry trends
Collaborate with other departments for a seamless implementation
